"...report many of the creditors that were included in the BK7 listed themselves as "CHARGED OFF" rather than "INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY". Is that their choice? Does that have an even further negative effect on my score? One of my creditors had two accounts listed with different account numbers but same total. I know I only had one account with them."

I have experienced the same thing on my reports, and have never been able to find out the answer to this burning question. Same thing - items included in bankruptcy appearing as charge-offs, and multiple listings/account numbers for a single account.

If anyone out there can shed some light on this practice, please reply!
