"Rosen testified that he mistakenly thought some in-kind contributions, including the Porsche he used while in Los Angeles to organize the event, were simply gifts."

Did you read the article? Rosen testified! Rosen testified. I never never said he was guilty or not guilty of a criminal offense nor did I say I was not satisfied with the outcome.

Rosen said he mistakenly(read it storm) thought some in-kind contribution was a gift. I just asked how could someone as brilliant as Hillary hire such a dunce. Either he is a dunce or he knowingly did it. Apparently since he was acquitted, he didn't know such a basic requirement of the law which brings us back to the 1st question. How could the smartest women in America be so fooled?

Now either read my post correctly, or learn how not to put words in posters' mouths, or go cry to TMF to pull this post.

Now, or I'll tell Chucka Shumer and Hillary you claim to be a conservative.
