"Then explain Chicago and Washington, DC? They have the most restrictive gun laws in the country and have the highest violent crime rates."

And they are lib bastions where 23nd offense of armed robbery gets you a slap on the wrist, you have to promise not to do it again, they give you two weeks probation, and you are on the streets in less than 3 hours working on your 24th offense. Since likely they only get caught 1 out of every 60 robberies, the spree continues.

In the second largest city in IL, there were NO murders last year. Starting 7 years ago, a combined local/fed task force sent off the gang members to fed prison. Each year the robberies and murders dropped like a rock. Last year there were NO murders.

But in Wash DC and Chicago, the libs rule. The lib judges and police have to play 'catch and release' time and time agian.

In NYC, some perps have rap sheets longer than the 1000 page ObamaKare bill......

Wash DC and chicago have mayors like Marion Barry- chief crack head......who obviously with his own drug problem and enjoying it has no intention of cutting off his own supply......or stopping the drug/gang violence.
