"There are a goodly number of folks who don't believe the "why?" to really be an important question. There are a large number of folks who think that the "how we live?" is more important than the "why?" There a large number of folks who feel the individual actions are of greater import than the dualities. by the same token there are a fair number who think individuals are merely grist for the mill. Curiously, the difference in views seems to have not a single iota of a relationship toward whether the folks call themselves liberal or conservative ----- and even less correlation to the names Democrat or Republican." - Howie52

I doubt it matters what we believe. More than likely belief is irrelevant. If there is a Creator more than likely He/She/It was smart enough to create a universe where the soul's lessons are embedded in our everyday lives and where it learns what it's supposed to learn regardless of who we are, where we live, or what we believe.

The lessons have to be universal, the same for everyone other wise this Creator is a respector of persons that cares more for one group over another - and that I highly doubt. I'm betting that the soul's lessons are holistically imprinted on it just as we go about our daily lives much in the same way that baby geese are imprinted on their mother after they are born.
