"Very good except for this part. Turns out the coffee was near boiling, way too hot for coffee to drink, so why serve it that way? Her injuries would have been much less had the coffee been at a reasonable temperature. And McDonald's had a history of similar complaints yet continued to serve their coffee boiling.And the judgement was later reduced drastically to a much more reasonable level.So, I think I'll forward the piece with the coffee lady part removed."Thats right, damn it!
