"VINIX - Vanguard Institutional Index
This is a super 4-star Large Cap Blend with a 1.91% dividend yield and a low 0.05% expense ratio and only a super 5% turnover rate. It's performance suggests a respectible 6% weighted average return, although it has been relatively neutral so far this year. It's only real drawback is a manager just over a month on the job."

When you mention that the manager is just over a month on the job, I think it is prudent to find out what funds they have managed in the past, and what the track recored was. This is something that Champion Funds mentions looking for when you run across a fund where the manager is relatively new.
