I do not think they are stupid, nor do I believe they are intentionally dishonest.

But I do not know what the other options are. You can be wrong, and it understandable, you can twist facts to meet your POV --- but to just have them presented over and over and then to just forget them 1-2 seconds after -- it has to be some sort of illness.

It would be one thing, if this happened in some foreign country, but most of these folks who claim none of this happened, lived through it happening in the country that they resided in

It is just weird, really, very very weird.
