"What are you going to do with your shares?"

Probably won't own them when the merger goes through. The merger seems to help the company and big institutional holders are apparently exempt from withholding and cap gains tax on the merger. I'm sure management also comes out good too. Just the small investor getting shafted.

There are a lot of unresolved issues as of the time the prospectus was printed. Shareholders are being asked to vote without full information. ISI had a meeting with the company but I never heard what their recommendation was. I addressed a couple questions to Investor Relations at the company but never got a reply. I decided to sell July covered calls. Pocketed a nice chunk of cash but may lose my shares since the calls are close to being in the money now. If shares are called I have the call proceeds plus the stock proceeds to invest somewhere else.
