Caffeine is a diuretic. I think it rinses the antioxidants out of your body. I try and avoid it as much as I can. Sometimes when we go out to eat I'll order a diet Coke as a treat but I don't drink it at home. I get addicted to caffeine fairly easily.

The P53 gene is a cancer suppressor gene. It is suspicioned that alcohol somehow interferes with the action of this gene. I don't drink alcohol so it isn't an issue for me. I don't like the way it makes me feel. Dizzy or woozy. It's not a pleasant feeling for me.
