"You don't have to rub noses with liberals to see them"I find that there are a lot of liberals and a lot of conservatives inmost places in the US - as well as a lot of members of the Democraticand Republican parties. And in most places folks get along fine. The exceptions I find are mainly in discussion boards on the internet -and those exceptions are largely on self-proclaimed politically "skewed" boards - here, PA, CF, and such. These locations tend to show little but contempt for any ideas thatdo not follow "party-line" speak. I've been to SF and Dallas. Both are nice towns. SF does have that Pacific Ocean thing going for it that Dallas can't quite competewith effectively. Course, Dallas does not have quite the same potential for having part of the city fall into the ocean. So, you pays your money and you takes your choice.Howie52I think seafood is better in SF - but steaks are better in Dallas.
