No rocket science, no threats, no pleas, no tricks,
no gimmicks, fads or juju in your mojo. BANG. A pound of body fat is what, about 3000 calories? If you want to lose 1 pound in one week you gotta burn up 3000 more calories than you take in, one way or another. I know that with no change in my eating habits I can lose 1 pound in 25 days 'chuggin' on my Nordic Trak. If I cut back on the type and amount of food I consume I'll lose it faster. If I pig out on pork rinds [it's been known to happen] it'll be slower.
