Somebody help me out here if I'am being foolish. I'am not an accountant. Paragraph #7 of this article states that Jerry had a tax savings of $3,840. Maybe true in the overall tax aspect. But,when it all washes out, Jerry saves $840.00 over Tom. The charity recieved the other $3000.00 in savings. A total of $3840.00 in savings for the both of them. Just alittle confusing to this fool. Seemed like the article was saying Jerry got $3840.00 more than Tom. Still a good article and a good strategy. Purpony
