Re. got4's swap of GM for ATT, yes, that strikes me as an emotional decision based on questionable information. Now how about this scenario:Yesterday I saw that GM was newly arrived on the FF list, meaning it was primed to go up at some time over the next x weeks or months. I checked the price around noon and found that it was lower than it was when it made the FF. I figured that if the FF formula said it was a bargain and it had since fallen, it was then even MORE of a bargain -- so I bought 100 shares. Was that an emotional decision? If GM goes up substantially anytime soon, I'll sell it. If it doesn't, I'll hold it. Is that discipline?
