Is a (F)oolish approach to then invest in dividend paying stocks?!?!?

Shoot, the yield on my HON stock is paying better than 2 yr CD's!

An interesting sidebar is that w/the flat market, dividend yields of stocks matter!

In the heyday of the bull marktet, the total return was primarily capital appreciation. People disregarded dividends. Now, dividends seem to account for the lions share of total return.
