Can I request an overview here? I'm afraid I there's something I don't understand. My understanding is this: TNH is a partnership and thus required to distribute profits. Current yield over 20%! Estimates are down for 98, thus the lower stock price and reciprical higher yield. Dad always said that if it's too good to be true it probably is. Also always thought that 'the market' was efficient in valuing equities. QUESTION: Why is the yield so high? Am I missing something?
