I'm selling a house in West Warwick, and want to have a real estate attorney to represent me with the buyer and to do the closing paperwork. Does anyone have any suggestions on someone you have used who was good to work with? My brother did find us an attorney, but even at this early point in the process, I have been less than thrilled with the responsiveness, and given the price [$1000 - it didn't cost me that for buying or selling 3 properties in MA], I'm thinking it might be wise to look around.
