Is Real Estate Investment a smart move? Prices are better than they have been for awhile. Some areas are blooming.

Invested in real estate since the 80's and retired in 2000 to live off my investments. However, the market took a drive and well...

It's gotten harder but if I were buying today boy are there a lot of deals now, but stay away from people, seminars, folks are not up-to-date on market. Each market is different. California is different than Pennsylvania and we have rental property in both.

Some additional ideas.
