I posted a few questions on the "Owning Rental Property" board but it seems traffic there is very light. Thought I'd post links to those in case others are interested in the subject matter. Thanks!


Question 1 was regarding passive income and the ability to writeoff losses annually vs. having to wait until time of sale to use the prior annual losses to offset the profit and recaptured depreciation.
