Subject: Re: reason mkt going down

The single most powerful factor that will benefit an economy is investment
in plant and equipment. This means building factories and productive
facilities. This was taught in my masters degree course. Of interest, it
takes about eight years to have an obvious effect. It has a long lag time.

For the last 8 to 10 years we have exported our productive capacity. That
loss of production is now taking effect. Lower interest rates will not
cure this problem. If we started to build productive capacity now. It
would take 8 to 10 years to take effect.

Get ready for a long decent until will figure it out. Production cannot be
sent out of the USA and still have a good economy. Once we figure it out,
it will take 8 to 10 year to start to recover.

Sorry, these are the facts as it was taught to me. We do need to wake up
to this reality.
