Thanks for the facts. I can relate to 2nd one, but hopefully this time it'll be different. Guess I never thought in the past I was strong enough to quit smoking AND snacking too. I don't snack when I smoke, only when I quit (so it's a double effort).

That's interesting smokers burn 300 calories a day. I did join a health club this year and have been successful at going in the last 2 months, but unfortunately it takes longer to come OFF then it does to put it ON. Patience is NOT a good virtue of mine.

Thanks for the diet tips too!
