Reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies by:

Doesn't address the issue of someone that is already pregnant.

Give aid to people in need.

So you gonna bail out everyone whose mortgage is under water? Extend unemployment benefits and welfare benefits to as long as they want, er, need them?

Does this aid end at the borders of the United States? There are a lot of people in this world that need something as simple as clean water. Enough money might solve that problem. Or are such people not worthy of help?

Where are you getting all the money for this? Or is this going to be just another unfunded mandate that creates trillions of dollars of national debt?

requiring insurance to cover birth control for all women

Why insurance? You're making it a government mandate, so the government should pay for it. Otherwise, you miss those that don't have insurance.

And it doesn't help for those whose religion would forbid birth control.

No matter what you do, you're going to have those unwanted pregnancies.
