The Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant was back in service Monday after the month-long shutdown for refueling and maintenance.
The plant was shut down October 20 so workers could repaired its two steam generators. It was restarted Friday, about a mouth ahead of schedule.
The extent of repairs for the plants generators was less than officials expected.
They should be an good shape for their last cycle.
the generators are scheduled to be replaced during the next refueling outage in 2000.
