I retired two years ago, now I'm 60 and its time to
start withdrawing living expenses from the IRA.
I've been lurking and reading the retirement boards
for awhile and have read IRS Pub. 590. I'm not
concerned about withdrawls before I reach 59 1/2,
thats history. I'm not concerned in the minimum
distribution at 70 1/2, I'm not there yet. All the
money is taxable so there tax free withdrawls. Now
the questions is, and what I have not been able to
determine from 590 is, how do I get money from the
IRA now? Do I just withdraw what I need and file a
estimated tax form?. Is it that simple?
