I am currently learning about technical analysis of stocks and have learned one of the most important things is looking at a stocks relative strength. However I can not find relative strength when doing technical analysis on yahoo or on bigcharts.com. They do have Relative Strength Index, but this is significantely different from Relative Strengh according to their definitions. Does anyone know of a free website that has relative strength charts or if it is still used because the book I am reading "Secrets for Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets" is somewhat out of date.

Relative Strength is the intellectual property of Investors Business Daily. The only place you can get it is from them: http://www.investors.com/
You can discuss alternatives to Relative Strength on the CANSLIM Investing discussion board: http://boards.fool.com/Messages.asp?bid=100083
