Dear Fools:I notice in the St. Louis Post Dispatch Newspaper this week, that you think that Real Estate could be a poor investment. I think its how you use it for investing. I borrowed the money from the bank to finance the property and then I rent it to someone else to make the payment and pay the taxes for me. All this time the property is building capital gains and paying off the loan. While using someone's money to pay off the loan I get to use the Real Estate for a tax Write-Off. How can this be a poor investment when I am using money that I don't have to create a future income.Sincerely,Randy Adams
