replaced the black iron with enameled iron pots, pans & Dutch ovens. I've often thought about getting some enameled iron cookware. Le Creuset is nice, and expensive - I might be able to handle the cost of a Lodge or similar enameled cast iron dutch oven though. What brand(s) did you get and how do you like them?Thanks,Bob
