One thing I think I will do to help get me startrd is to report my weight gain/loss (not my actual weight, just the change)to the board each Monday and indicate what I am doing diet/exercise wise. Just the discipline of having to report weekly will help me get going. I'm not suggesting this for everyone, but I know it will help me. I didn't ignore this in the other thread, I just thought it would be a good idea to start a seperate thread and get feedback.How about this?Starting Monday, we can each report in and say how much we want to lose (if you are comfortable with that) or if we just hoping to maintain our weight and then each Monday after that, report in with what has happened as far as reaching our goals. I will start the new thread on Monday, give everyone a chance to think about what they want and how far they want to go. I will also keep track of the numbers for everyone (Terry is gonna kill me!) and then do a weekly summary. DeanndaDoes that sound good to everyone?
