To put it simply..

What matters more: a stock's share price or it's potential to have a higher return? Example: Should I invest in Apple at $400 or a stock at $20? Let's assume I believe that I believe both have the potential to get a 20% return YOY. However, because I can't time the market, should I invest in the $20 stock because - some say - there's more of a 'chance' that it will get to 20%?
