Does anyone know of a reliable resource that allows a person to easily get outstanding share counts of a stock, going back at least 10 years (preferably even longer)?

I know I can get share counts from the 10Ks, but that means opening up a decade worth of 10Ks and manually copying the share counts. I am hoping to find some web page that would list the outstanding share counts for a given time frame.

Thanks.
