Sorry this is so long in the response. I had to go to work today and came back to over 700 messages!

And by the way, since this is a war... You don't PROSECUTE enemy soldiers in a trial format when you're on the battlefield, you defeat and kill them. We need to take out Osama, his allies, his friends, acquaintances and even well-wishers. For those of you demanding incontrovertable proof, he's already wanted for other terrorist crimes against the U.S. I say eliminate him and when he's gone you do-gooders can hook up with O.J. and start your own investigation to find the "real" terrorists behind the attack.

One of the great things about our country which sets it apart from others is that we offer a trial that is set up to show proof of guilt. If we were to "take them out", I promise that nothing will be resolved. Would that make the fundamentalists in the Middle East like us more? Sure...

As much as I'd love to see him wiped off the face of the Earth, he must be caught and tried. Even though the accusation will be that any trial was rigged, at least we will not stoop to their level.

As convinced as I am personally that bin Laden is responsible, we still need proof, or we are no better than the Palestinians dancing in the streets.

And I, for one, will not allow our country to become like that. Sure, I'm only one, but I'm almost positive there are others who feel like this. The terrorists must be punished, but it must be done in a just manner -- unlike what they did to us. We must be the better people.
