If I'm thinking about retiring when I'm 50, how can I get access to the 401K's and other retirment vehicles I have without paying those big penalties. Someone tried to tell me that if I "legitimaltly" retire before age 59.5, I can get at those accounts without additional tax or penatlites. Does anyone have any thoughts on this subject? I would like to do additional reading if possible.
Thanks
