Once built (expected to start work in Q1 2011), it will go to work for Exxon at a dayrate of $703,000. That's higher than any other dayrate listed on the fleet update and, according to the energy sector editor here, is or is close to a record dayrate. Newest and most technologically advanced, yes, but it kind of downplays worries that strong dayrates may not be obtainable with a bunch of idled rigs coming out of the Gulf.Cheers,Jim
