Hi,

I'm approaching Req Min Distributions in a year or so and had a couple of questions.

I'm still working and being well overpaid. I have a company 401k, a traditional IRA and a Roth IRA. Both IRAs have been around for 20 plus years. The 401k has been active for 16+ years.

When computing an RMD does the balance of the 401k get added to the Trad IRA to determine the amount? Does the balance of the 401k get added even if I'm still working and contributing to the 401k?

Thanks,

JimA
