Would anyone be able to tell me if the following scenario is possible:

Say I have $15,000 in my 401k with my current employer, $10,000 of which is fully vested. I am also actively contributing to the plan.

Can I roll that $10,000 into my self directed IRA as I would if I was quitting? Would I be able to move monies in which I am fully vested multiple times per year?
