Hi. My wife quit her job 14 months ago to stay home with our child. We just left her money in the same plan it was in.

Can we now roll it into a Roth IRA? It has about $7,000 in it, so I didn't know if we could do that because I didn't know if the $2,000 limit applies to rolling over. We want to roll it into a self-directed IRA. With whom should I do this? I heard mention of T. Rowe Price (spelling?) having something like this.
