I am opening a rollover IRA with Datek. I am
transferring my 401K to this account. Is a rollover
account treated as an Individual IRA where the
investment options available are dependent on the
broker?

Am I free to invest in multiple options available
by the custodian?

If I invest in all stocks, and the account does
exceedingly well, could I be forced to sell the
stock because of the IRA limit per year? or
can a new IRA account be opened?
