Romney has consistently had a sizable lead among men for months. Obama had relied on a huge gender gap advantage with women. That lead with women has disappeared in several polls since the first debate. Given that men are unlikely to have suddenly abandoned Romney it actually makes sense that Romney is opening up a hopefully insurmountable lead.
