In 2010 income limitations will go off and anyone with an IRA can convert it to a ROTH.

Are there any benefits for near retirees or current retirees to convert IRAs to a ROTH plan?

My husband and I have about $600,000 in IRAs. He will be 67 and I will be 62 in 2010.

Thanks for your response.
