I would like to use the Foolish Four as one means of funding my retirement (which is 30+ years down the road). Question: can I set up a Roth IRA with the Foolish Four as my holdings and, if so, how? My current Roth IRA was set up by a mutual fund company before I became a Fool and I don't know how to do this myself.

Another question: supposing that I can set up a Roth IRA with the Foolish Four as my holdings, would I still be able to trade a year and a day later or does the Roth IRA designation preclude this?

Thanks for your help.
