I was recently married(March 1999). In April 1999 my wife and I filed separate tax returns for 1998. I would like to convert my tradtional IRA to a Roth IRA. Can I convert now(November 1999) as long as 1n April 2000 we file jointly for 1999? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
