Good afternoon!

I'd like to open a ROTH, but have some questions. After surfing and lurking a bit, I still have a few. :)

Right now as savings/investment vehicles I just have 401K (I'm investing the max with that) and I just opened a brokerage account a few months ago, purchasing just the Foolish 4. If I don't have any other IRAs, I shouldn't have to worry about being near any savings limits, should I? I'm 26 and definitely not earning near any salary limits, I don't believe. :)

I was also wondering WHERE to start a ROTH. Is that something typically done through a bank or broker? I'm with Waterhouse as a broker now, and honestly, haven't found their service to be stellar. How much do ROTH offerings vary source to source?

Just a couple of questions for the Board . . .
