I'm thinking about opening a Foliofn account where instead of trading commissions you pay an annual fee for the account. I know with a regular brokerage account, the trading commission is added to the cost basis of the stock (assumably deductible if you suffer a loss). With Folios, you pay an annual fee and can trade twice daily w/o commissions.
