Yes it is an IRC qualified employer plan and we just want to suspend my wife's contributions & send that money over to pay for my daughter's Catholic school for a few years.

I haven't discussed this with the Benefits people yet because I am trying to collect as much background information and many stones as I can throw! When I do meet with them, I have a feeling it will be quite a battle because she works for a large Medical University that doesn't like to be told "no".
