Quill, Nobody is dumb enough to buy mutual funds, right? not when they could be buying sexier, more liquid instruments like ETFs (or the underlying directly). But I've been poking around in this old-fashioned asset-class and finding some interesting possibilities. This fund isn't necessarily one of them. It's more an example of a chart template I'm trying to develop for funds generally. The entry/exit rules are pretty obvious. "Buy what's over-sold.
