Is there such a concept of employee perks/gifts as a legitimate expense? ie: costs to retain and arttract employees...(akin to a foosball table or BMW lease for emloyees of dot com startups..I'm sure the startups deducted these expenses from their revenues)eg: A vacation trip paid for by the s-corp, for the sole w2 employee. I asked this a few weeks back, but got no response. One would think this is a valauble tax break, if it exists..
