I am a hairstylish (self-employed). Every month, if I pay rent early, I get 5% discount subtract from my rent. Plus, if my client buys product from the shop where I work, I get another 5% on the profit the shop gets. Again, this 5% is subtracted toward my rent.My question is should I report my rent as whatever I actually have to pay after subtracting all the discounts, or report the rent as what I am supposed to pay monthly, then report the discount as something else? What would be that something else?
