Any idea why Turbo Tax doesn't have Schedule L? I'm using TT to do my parents taxes for the first time. My father has always done it in the past but he is elderly and can't do it any more.
I see from his 2009 taxes that he filed a schedule L in order to raise their standard deduction by $1000 for real estate taxes. I've searched TT and can't find such a form.
Any clues? Do I need to do that schedule by hand and attach it to the TT return, and change the standard deduction by overriding that field?
