I've had a scottrade account since 2008 and have been happy with it. The process of transferring funds out of the account is dumb. Nor do I like the fact that one can't transfer funds into your account with the iphone app. My biggest problem is the lack of DRIPs with stocks. I'm thinking about transferring my account to another online brokerage. Thoughts? Suggestions? Should I wait it out and bug customer service until they finally offer this feature? I don't want to fill out paperwork and submit it to scottrade on every stock I own that pays dividend.
