My employer offers (what I consider to be) a good retirement program. The employer matches the first 6% of base salary dollar for dollar, and we can contribute up to 20% of out total salary (403-b).
The two programs offered are Scudder funds and TIAA-CREF. Although I'm pretty familiar with the Scudder Funds, I don't know anything about TIAA-CREF. Anybody with any experience or any information, my co-workers and I would love to hear from you. Is TIAA-CREF a good program?
