seal99, it seems to me you just have to get yourself to a divorce lawyer right away. Maybe you do not want to file, but at least you need professional advice, something you will not get in a forum like this one.

It would be improper of me to say anything else, I think, this is too important.

I totally agree with JABoa on this one, seal99. You want to definitely get professional advice on this question. You need to lay all the facts out with an attorney who is qualified to advise you on matters such as this.

You certainly don't want to get any surprises later.
